Edelstein is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and partner in The
Restaurant Brokers. With nearly 30 years of management experience in
the restaurant industry, his expertise covers a wide range of
disciplines, from site selection and feasibility studies to project
management, pre/grand opening strategies and an overall operational
knowledge of food, beverage, entertainment, and marketing. Some of
his career highlights include Vice President of Operations for
Jillian's entertainment complexes; Chief Operating Officer for the
enormously popular big-box "America Live' concepts and Development
Manager for the international entertainment company 'Village
Roadshow of Melbourne', Australia. In addition to corporate
multi-unit experience, he has owned and operated his own bars,
restaurants, hospitality management and consulting companies.
